By the late 18th century the Kresge family roots were firmly planted in America and today the descendants of Conrad Kresge, Sr. number in the thousands and can be found all across the United States and abroad. When family members began contemplating creating a permanent record of the Kresge family in America they used Conrad's children and grandchildren as a convenient starting point for exploring individual family lines. When the Kresge reunions first began around the turn of the 20th century some of Conrad's grandchildren were still living, while many of those who were not were still well remembered by their descendants. Below then, you will find a simplified listing of the children and grandchildren of Conrad Kresge. The 2009 edition of the Kresge family history notes that much of this information was complied by Professor Edwin T. Kunkle (1904), Professor George B. Kunkle (1926), Clarence A. Hawk (1953 & 1971), and Atwood J. Shupp (2009).
